We source our products from several vendors within the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. 

We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.

Customers cover any import duties/taxes.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the returned item. 

If items are in the same condition, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of getting the return.
