Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt of the returned item. 

If items are in the same condition, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of getting the return.

Right to Cancel

Customers can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund by emailing contact@luxier.uk.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
